Blue Ocean Market’s NOLA Shrimp Burger Recipe

We’re putting a twist on the traditional Fried Shrimp Burger by sauteeing the shrimp with Blue Ocean Market’s original NOLA Fish Rub. NOLA Shrimp Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 48 Shrimp
  • Butter
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Blue Ocean NOLA Spice Rub
  • Blue Ocean Chow Chow Slaw
  • Blue Ocean Tartar Sauce
  • You Favorite Hamburger Bun, Toasted
  • Fresh Sliced Tomato
  • Fresh Lettuce
  • Sliced Red Onion

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toss the shrimp in the NOAL rub meat the butter in the sauté pan and add the shrimp
  2. Cook the shrimp turning once while cooking deglaze the pan with a little juice
  3. Build the sandwich
  4. Toast the bun spread the tartar sauce on both sides
  5. Place around 12 cooked shrimp
  6. Top with chow chow slaw
  7. Garnish with the lettuce, tomato and red onion
  8. Sever with your favorite side, like fresh fried Captain grumpy chips
