Grouper with Walnut Vinaigrette

Whether you are around a dining room table or on the patio enjoying the evening breeze, this Grouper with Walnut Vinaigrette is sure to please!

Grouper with Walnut Vinaigrette
Serves 4

4 Grouper Fish Filets
Remove bones from fish and season with salt and pepper. Brush with melted butter. Squeeze juice of one fresh lemon over fish. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through. Do not overcook.

Walnut Vinaigrette

  • 1 C. EVOO
  • 1/3 C. White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 C. Walnuts chopped and toasted
  • 1 T. Shallots minced
  • 1/2 T. Garlic minced
  • 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 C. Honey
  • 1 Dash Tabasco or favorite hot sauce
  • 1 T. chopped Basil
  • 1 T. chopped Parsley

Combine all above ingredients and let stand at room temperature at least two hours before needed.

Pour vinaigrette over Grouper filets and serve.
